Default 1789 - the French Revolution [NON-PC]

I remember an old game I've not play for ages.
Its name is 1789 : the French Revolution (In France : 1789 : La révolution Française), and I played it on Commodore 64 I believe.

It was a funny and very interesting game, and it will be nice if you can find it.

Oldwarez list: Nothing.
Mobygames: Nada.
HOTU: Zilch.

Sounds like a very obscure title. Was it ever released for PC?
