There are other ways of "getting" things than getting them for free, you know...

Have you tried running it in DOSBox? You probably won't even need to install it.

I loved the first and played it to death and didn't get the second because I was to busy playing it. Then I went on a vacation and forgot the mental note I made to myself to get the second. I remembered eventualy and found that ESA is protecting it.
Is there any way to obtain it from ESA? I will do anything to get this game!!

Not really. They're basically a bunch of lawyers as far as I know, so they won't be much concerned with the games themselves. Ebay would probably be your best bet.

Sorry, i have realy wanted castles (castles 2 would be great as well) so i have been trying to obtain it any way i can as fast as i can, and for the lawyer jokes sorry.
Also are there any sites that I can obtain castles 2 from besides abandonia.

Just go ahead and buy it if you want it that badly. There are several ebay sellers offering it for less than $5 (just search for "castles siege conquest") - that's a fair price for a game you love, isn't it?
