Well, the brave army with leader humble yoga met the famous Frank.

I evaluate my options against this mutant..

My first test battle shows he is not easy opponent.

Well, details:

The battle was between
the brave army plus 7 turetts against
Frank and seargent Granite army.

I used about 10 super stimpacks (3 onto Vic and Cas) and usual shooting.

3-4 minutes before fatal hour the victorious brave army left the dock of Enclave and landed on the dock of Frisco..

Proof, proof yoga..

My build was more combat oriented and less skill oriented than yours, Yoga. He had the "gifted" trait and only 2 charisma so he could raise the stats important for combat. More than 5 int allowed to take "bonus rate of fire", he started with 6 end and took the "lifegiver" perk at level 12 for many extra hitpoints and spent a lot of time exploring and fighting random encounters to gain power. Since he didn't have the "skilled" trait he was able to take all the important combat perks before the last battle.

My hero just destroyed the turrets as soon as he arrived since he feared they would attack him later anyway. When he returned after blowing up the reactor to meet Horrigan he managed to convince the soldiers to help him with his 126 speech skill.
Afterwards he was greeted by a critical hit from Horrigan and immediately lost more than half his hitpoints, but the rest of the battle went surprisingly easy.(The power armor guys on the lowest level were harder.)
When I replaying the heroic battle my hero wasn't able to convince the soldiers again (very hard speech check) and even made them so angry that he had to kill them too. But Horrigan was no problem.

Afterwards I reloaded the save from before entering the Enclave to be able to get the ultimate challenge: Fighting Horrigan, the soldiers and the turrets together (and to have some fun with big weapons the avenger minigun and other big weapons. ).

You can try this too, this fight isn't as tough as it looks. With advanced power armor mk2 and the resistance bonuses from boxing the turrets should only hurt with criticals and most of the damage by the others is absorbed.
If you stand besides Horrigan he'll be hit by the turret machine guns too.
You can make Horrigan unable to use his gun by crippling his arms with aimed criticals.
