This is a great game! :w00t:
i doubt it's abandoned. but SE3 is also good, still i don't know how we could find out if they are abandoned or not. Games that were not sold anymore we used to consider abandoned untill THEY showed up. maybe we should try publish this gem and see if anyone objects.  Yeah great multiplayer game. I played it with my bro through my whole school year when i was studying. I was at universtiy and he was still in high school. so we werte living in two different places.

Considering that none of the previous SE games are abandonware, I doubt that SEIVGold is.

Can you not buy a download version of it from Matrix? I think they have pushed all their titles to that format.

*edit* It seems that they'll start selling the game again in september so it definately not abandoned. For all those looking for a complex 4X space strategy game visit their webpage and order it. Space Empires V is also due during Q4 2005. It's currently in beta testing. |
