Don't remind me of Lighthouse, me and my brother wanted to buy that game so badly, we had it in our hands... and then our dad thought we'd like some ugly flight simulator better so we didn't buy Lighthouse. To this day despite myb est efforts i haven't been able to get my hands on a copy, bah!

Stroggy I thought you might like this website : http://www.adventuregamers.com/

Seems like a sequel to The Longest Journey is in the works although it will not be the sequel we are wanting.

They are going to throw in action sequences ... "gasp"

I am aware of the sequel and the action sequences, I'm hoping for the best.

Newer Adventure-games that might not have attracted too much attention?

Tony Tough and Clever & Smart come to mind...

I like Full Throttle the best, I found it to be the funniest, but that's just me being weird.

I agree Full Throttle was a good game, but too short, I felt there could have been a lot more added to the game, imo

Sam and Max is my fav though of most of the games I've played, fun stuff to do some of the things, the voices were really something too.
