I'll try it out, but maybe I can have the desired effects in photoshop, I'm not good with vectors though...

Be sure that in Photoshop you'll need weeks and probably more to be able to draw them there like that. And with the program, you only need to set the correct options, and the picture will be generated for you.

freddy is right!

As all the other pics, it was made in photshop, using it's colors and filters,and effects,playing with light was the element here...
