We probably won't - some other people might. We're much more likely to bring it on ourselves than to have some natural thing kill us, and we should be able to do more to prevent that, too.

I'm not so sure,

I mean, we humans tend to think that we are indestructable, the only thing we fear is ourselves, murders crime and pollution(climate change).

but then one small earthquare in the middle of the ocean and 100's of thousands of people just die, just like that...

No warning. And we didn't cause it!

I think more people will die from natural disasters, not necessarily caused by us, over the next 50 years than people actually dieing from "human" causes...

Just my opinion... k:

Just don't forget that the natural catastrophes happen when they "want" to, and we can't do anything about it, despite all of our proud technologies. Just try to move away from there or wait and die. Who are we anyway, compared to the cosmical measures? Just some microscopical insects, crawling on surface of a gigantical body.

That field has errupted before and it most certainly did not kill all life on earth. When it does errupt the US will have a very bad day but for the rest of us there will be next to no effects (economic ones yes but that is not what the end of the world looks like).
