Actually, you can download torrents and have it be legal. I have done so however it is limited. For instance if you have your original CD key from bought softwares you can download an untouched copy of the game from torrent. The only way you get to use the game is if you put your own CD key in.

I'm a developer in training so I know these days if you support your family you do not want others ripping you. So I stay on the legal side knowing my family will be sufferring in the future when I have a job since others end up ripping me from my work to provide a roof.

However I try to give a sample of what I have in the time I am training. It might not be the best however it is something I am happy to give because it comes from the heart.
