I am enjoying listening to the instrumental musics on the playlist named Perfect Concentration where there is a great selection of musics.
In the beginning, I was skeptical that listening to music could help in concentration during study.
I believe that skepticism is due to the generalized idea that to be concentration there would be a need for silence and tranquility... Schhh!
I am not sure if they really helped me, but I’ve already been able to study very well listening to the musics from this playlist.
Most of them are “light”, soft classical musics so that they could, I think, also be used for moments of relaxation and perhaps for inducing sleep.
The same could be said about the religious songs of Hymnals, for they are generally quieter and softer. Just my personal opinion. *shrug*
