Requesting/sugesting for download, an obviously new game and/or offering to share such can and will ressult in a temporary/permanent ban.

I have also something to add:
When replying to a request, make sure that the game in question is abandoned.If it is, and you have found a download link for it, make sure that the site you are linking to does not have games that are still sold.How do you check if a site is offering old warez for download?
Check the game database of the site.If it contains games that are known as not abandonware(ie Doom series, Simon the Sorcerer, Monkey Island series, etc.) then do not link to it.
Failure to obey these rules will result in a temp/perm ban!
