I have a very large collection of old dos games on my computer (Roughly 150 in .zip format) and quite a few on their original disks that I'd love to share here, but I can't be certain they're all abandonware. My question is should I either a) submit all of them and let the site managers worry about it or B) figure out each one on my own and share them as I find out.

I'm sure you'll all be eager to help me sort out this little dilemma so you can get your hands on some quality old games

Anyone with a lot of games to share is always welcome 8)

But it's a bit more complicated than just sharing. According to the upload rules, it's preferable if the sharer be prepared to do a review and provide screenshots. This is to lighten the load for others. But firstly you need to pm Kosta and see if he's interested in any particular game as he has final say over what's uploaded. There's a link somewhere on the site to a page that tells you what needs to be done.

Or they should be abandoned...HP/Compaq has stopped manufactoring Computers with floppy Disk Drives :P
