It was the first thing I said on other forums: no way this is going to work. There's too many pitfalls. For nearly a decade, the "ping" in games hasn't improved software-wise due to hardware limits. I *still* get 50ms as ping, same as I did 8 years ago. So how would this "company" be able to slash this with 98%?

Seriously, that company is going to kill itself in no time the way they throw around numbers and figures that make no sense. You won't even get 1ms ping to your next-door neighbour because it takes longer to go to the next node and go back, let alone 100 miles away.

And even if you ignore the technical side, there's far more problems when you think of the rental system. Completing an RPG would cost you more than simply buying and owning it.

*sniff sniff* Do I smell scam?

''After years of development in stealth mode, we finally expose ourselves to the world.'' ...Oh yes, that does it. I do not trust them at all now.

WHAT? How dare you? Next you are going to say that the 'net is not really made of a myriad of tiny little tubes all over the planet?

Scandalous!

That Myka box looks like a badly photoshopped Mac mini.

This service sucks , as with most things that looked interesting when I went to look it was US only

I'm really sick of this , there have been so many things that I have wanted to see that have been blocked because of some pathetic licensing bull. this kind of stuff just encourages piracy I mean come on this is the freakin internet people it is WORLDWIDE not just available in the US.

Sorry for the rant but I am starting to get a bit sick of this as the UK always seems to end up waiting for years and most often never geting th8is stuff.

I have signed up for gametap with a false address just so that I could get it evene though I never have any issues and paid by gcredit card I could not sign up with a valid address as it is supposed to be US only and I don't dare to paty for more than a month at a time incase they end up blocking me out..
