Can't really think of anything else. My advice would be verifying the disc against the image. If Nero can't make it alone, you could try burning again, enabling verify (dunno but I guess the option will be available). BTW Verify is not the same as test write, verifying is comparing with the source _after_ the writing is done completely.

Otherwise if you feel like installing stuff, this is a very powerful, free, no-nonsense burner:

Ah yeah - my excuses . ISOs are rather primitive and limited in what they can do and I remember having problems with them not always wanting to boot but it is possible. I never use ISO files when I can avoid it since they throw out nearly all extra info that can be used in copy protection + audio music.

I was able to install Vista, after pulling out 2GB of my RAM. After I've put them back Vista registered it normally.

Lol Vista haz all teh fail of XP with none of teh performance. It does look nice, though, there's no doubting Microsoft's graphical prowess.
