Absolutely Braindead! that movie has the most disgusting and funny humour of all times. What a twisted bastard that makes such a film

There are plenty of Zed Movies most of them are Trash but there are some masterpieces who are definitely worth to view them..

Funny :roflol: - just which of the Zombie moves is a masterpiece? At best it's watchable...

Dawn of the Dead is a masterpiece for me, as well as NolD.. maybe you and others disagree with me but u must admit that both movies have set new standards for horror movies and especially Night of the living Dead, wich created a whole new movie genre.

They never did really set a standard for horror movies...
They didn't do anything like Pyscho did, or even Halloween, but they definetly popularized the zombie sub-genre.

You don't ever meet ANYONE in person in System Shock 2.
You can't have a movie with only the main character himself, even if there are evil creatures with personalities.
It can't really work at all.
wrong. You meet Siddons and Rebecca through a laser shield, Cortez through an indestructable window and just barely miss Delacroix and Diego. I'm saying that if there was a movie of it, there are run-ins with other survivors on the ship. For film the encounters can be made longer, like instead of finding Willian when he's just died, Goggles can find him as he's dying.

Plus there are ghost sightings up the wazoo.

I disagree. As far as I know, NotLD was the first movie to feature the kind of zombies that we all know and love today (that is the undead, mindless, flesh-eating sort). Zombies before NotLD usually appeared in a voodoo context, and didn't eat human flesh.

Also there is the thing about casting a black man as the hero, although admittedly, Romero has commented that they did that only because Duane Jones was the best actor around.
