You can rotate the pieces.

Hold Shift and click on the pieces. Below the puzzle there's a text where you can read it, too. k:

They also say there that it's solvable and that you don't need to rotate the pieces.
How's that gonna work?!?

No, it does NOT say you don't have to rotate the pieces. It says you don't have to FLIP the pieces, that is to 'mirror' the pieces.
