Duh, at least you'll know what you have to catch up on.

Be a bit pro-active, fubby. Get extra lessons and learn how to study. Mind-mapping works well for me. I remember pictures very easily - but not big chunks of text. So i draw trees and put all the different aspects of a concept on their own branch. But when it comes to bio, you need to break it down into bite-size pieces. Get a good understanding of it by taking eg the heart and re-drawing it and drawing little lungs connected to the right ventricle and the body's whole artery system connected to the other. Lots of squiggly veins coming back. Draw the blood bright red and full of oxygen when it comes back from the lungs and through the left atrium (an atrium is basically a foyer) into the left ventricle and through the whole body, and dark maroon when it comes back via the vein system.

With biology you can't go wrong in understanding how everything works. Don't work on the computer - use the time in the afternoon to do homework and study, and reward yourself with game time. Do this throughout the year. Make passing your exams your main goal. After all, your future earning-power is based on it. You can always goof off after high school. Effort put in now is worth three times the effort put in after. And if you gradually start breaking it up into bite-size pieces, it will no longer be an incomprehensible mess in your head.

Auntie also needs anger management course.

Sylar. I may or may not eat your brain...

i am NO ONE's auntie. This is just another line of evidence that eis is patronising and sexist to the core
