Do not worry, dear RRS.
There is a solution of Yr problem.
I will stop discussions at all in AB.
With all my respect to You i am surprised to know that there are people who say:
"You and you will go within this road strictly, no even step aside.
Do You catch my idea? But this remind me very old time. Inquisition?"
Nie przyjaciel. (No, friend, no).
Do not answer me -- But we have site rules for spamming and so.-
I know the rules.
I think that when one have no answer, he begins to speak about spammers.
Maybe You think i am a bot, not real human?
I am tired of such attacks, yes.
More over i may stop enter AB.
Nice?
But i am afraid that this site is going to hell.
I see how every day the AB activity is near to zero.
Maybe, maybe ... the rules have to be changed?
Duno.
And this is not my problem.

Coming to your beloved hens, question is not "Who is the best flier among the birds". Question is "Who is the best hen among the birds". And answer is, obviously, hen!

2. Yoga, I doubt that such thing as "error-free program" is exist at all. And even if it would exist, I doubt that universal driver that support any type of hardware exist too. So your claim essentially means "Linux is old obsolete crap that infested with bugs and don't support any modern hardware, but we feel it perfect!"

Fortunately, you are not right. Looking on any source (for example, Wikipedia for exactly Linux kernel) we'll see that Linux have constant flow of updates - exactly like any Windows. And if you'll look somewhat higher, you'll see that, unlike Windows, Torvalds even doesn't feel in mood to announce security breaches that he fixed. Leaving aside reasons of this decision, I can say that it's exactly the same "billions of updates". If you didn't see them, well, too bad. They are exist anyway.
Did you work with Linux?
If this post is out of main theme of this thread let the mod del it.

There's no need to stop posting here just because one of the members made a remark you didn't like. There's a wonderful little thing you can do - ignore. Be a better human, don't reply to it. Simple. The forum would also get less lively without your posts.
And what's that strange tendency to compare everything that doesn't match your point of view to inquisition? Everyone has a right to his own opinion, right?

I have to agree with Smiling Spectre, if it comes to compatibility to Windows, no other OS has better compatibility than Windows itself. That's a logical fact that should be pretty obvious. That said, with a bit technical knowledge there are other OSs which might be still better, as in more secure, more anonymous, less known (no viruses for it) etc.
Also, usually nothing stands in the way of installing two OSs simultaneously, so for strictly Windows-only programs you have Windows, and for other things like going online you have something else.
