It's the usual strategy of the politicians, you know - first to make all kinds of rosy and good looking promises and awake hope in people, and then when it's "unfortunately" not working out and it's getting more and more delayed, all kinds of excuses begin to enter the scene.
Don't ask, dude. It will come whenever they decide it's time for it to come. Might take few more months yet.

Actually, I've seen the new design preview, and I can't agree with the "rosy and good looking" part.

This is subjective, I've seen the whole site with forums and I liked it very much.
Unfortunately you can't see it now...it's protected (ahem sorry Admins, I'm a curious guy )

Now please don't ask again when the site will be up...nobody knows, and probably Kosta too.
