it had some of the best pictures i've ever seen

A garage sale/Yard sale is basically people take stuff out of their house or other peoples houses that they don't want anymore and sell it (usually) for a pretty low price from inside their open garages or yards.

great place to pick up used stuff, but since your paying change for most items you can't really be sure your getting stuff that works.

Remember when in doubt, No one sells something because it just works so darn great.

in the UK its mostly communal 'garage sales' called a car boot sale.
some bargains can be had, if you can beat all the people who are there to buy stuff to sell on ebay at a profit :not_ok:

other places are charity shops - aka thrift stores.

for GAMES, i find ebay to be the cheapest place LOL.
