If you have XP, hit ctrl-alt-delete, pull up your browser and google it, and return to the game. It's always a geography or history question.

I remember this game, as a matter of fact, i looked on my book shelf, and I still have the King Fisher World Atlas that shipped with the game to help you find the answers to the, sometimes difficult or obscure questions.

Wow - could you scan it and send it over to me (I'd upload it as an extra for the game)?
