Here's the song from the M*A*S*H movie Suicide is Painless and here's the from the M*A*S*H series (series didn't have any lyrics to it).

Otherwise I'd say my favourite move track is Ghostbusters!
And my favorite series theme would have to be the Benny Hill theme!

Although M*A*S*H comes really close (top 5 no doubt)!
