I think you can only save at the end of a day.

By the way, is it just me or does the game have a tendency to crash on Tuesday?

Never happend to me... Strange. Maybe you should try running it in the hercules mode (it may got something to do with running it in DOSBox in tandy mode although I had no problems).

I've tried every single mode available in DOSBox, actually, but it doesn't make any difference. When I give certain answers (for example "Persuade them to withdraw" during the PRATS meeting on Tuesday), the game just freezes, which is a bit annoying.
