This is an example of how NOT to ask for help with identifying games.
Your picture tells us exactly nothing - there is no context in which we should take it, so we have no idea what it is we're looking at.

Was it a shooter? A platformer? FPS?
What was wthe player supposed to do?
Do you remember anything about the plot or the characters?
When did you play it first? (not neccesarily exact year, a definite cutoff - like "before 1997" - is fine).
Were the graphics EGA, CGA, VGA?
Was it for DOS, Windows ...perhaps MacOS?

It looks like Silent Hill 4 to me...

The game description reminds me of Catch the Kreis.

Sorry for the confusion...

I played the game last in the year 1993/94, it ran under DOS with VGA.
In the game one should steer the blue crosses into the energy
field whereby the crosses after clicking up to the next
obstacle (for example a wall) moved.

In the course of the game were added more crosses and obstacles
and became more difficult.

It was developed by the company Fairlight, unfortunately gives it no longer.

Fairlight? That was the crackers team back then, I doubt it was a company that made the game...

So it's not me who thinks that I mean I've searched for quite some time, and there's no company named Fairlight.. at least not in the video game industry.. or was that game bundled to an electric synthesizer?

The Game is very old...
The company "fairlight" does not give it any longer.
I think that it not the main developer.

I can remind me only of the logo, unfortunately I have no picture.
