A site storing torrent files from actual trackers is considered the same thing for the purpose of our forum rules.

I was *NOT* asking for/offering warez...it was a link to a FORUM that had information/how to on torrents.... and this thread is *about* torrents.... Sheese..... loosen up, people.... |

It was link to a site storing torrent files. In our book, that's equal to linking to warez.
