Hi, I've recently begun playing U6, and I'm irked by the Quenton mystery.
I have a question that no one seems to have addressed anywhere - in Stivius' basement, at certain times the place will shake as if there's something big walking around, and Shamino will hear something coming from the North. What is this? |

I've read that, but none of those websites mention what's going on in Stivius' basement.

@Grimreaper: you can get the translations for the runes in the game manual, it also has quite a lot of other useful onfo in it.
Also can someone help me out. I'm stuck in dungeon wrong trying to get a map piece. I found a secret room with an electric field blocking the way, I think to switch it off I have to flip the switches on the level in a certain order to turn it off, but i don't know what. Below me there is also a level but the way down from there is blocked by a portcullis and I cant find a way to open it. |

its sluggish on a p166?? wtf?
man i'm playing it right now on my 386 DX/40 MHz and it is just fine. back in the early 90's i used to play it on my 286 all the time. it's not exactly very demanding on resources. |
