Hail Abandonians
I am the CrybKeeper(pun on Crypt Keeper). The Cryb is a free music publicity model. I am the east coast music publicist for two bands out of L.A., Ellsbeth and Shaolin Temple Of Boom(David says, 'Think Kung Fu Music').
Unlike Pox, I am a nice guy and I enjoy forums of all types. No offense Pox. I'll talk forever, so be ready for that. I love attention, so gimme some, kay? Been playing around with PC's since Windows3.1 and MACs since the beige PowerMac(This baby has a 3.5 gig harddrive). Yes, I still have two of them. Also have, two UMAX SuperMACs. They still work. The rig I'm currently on, is a Dell Workstation(XP). I have DOSBox 0.65 and 0.72, but still using the older version at CPU 3,000 cycles. May need to set that up, I suppose, but just haven't messed with it, since 0.65 does the trick for me, as it is. I am currently enjoying Master Of Magic from Abandonia. HUGE thank you to those involved and to Free Freddy for the inviting review of MoM. It has me obsessed, at the moment. I did find a game editor for MoM, in case anyone is interested. It's all linked in that games discussion thread and I have learned quite abit about how it works. Basic DOS stuff for the most part. However, if anyone who really knows their DOS could play with it more, maybe we could figure out the map editor portion and also editing your hero's has me baffled. I can get to them and I can get to the artifacts and weapons they are using, but can't seem to get them edited and saved. Okay enough, Hello Abandonia members and staff! Greetings Crybkeeper! Enjoy your stay here in Abandonia!
(MoM was one of my favorite games before but unfortunately I haven't been able to play it recently!) |

Welcome! And yes, Master of Orion is one of the most obsessing and fun games that I ever played. I love some 4x!
Hope you enjoy the forums. Don't mind the creepy guy on the corner, he is mostly harmless. |

Yes, and I do love eating fresh brains. I'll try to resist the temptation, to eat fellow Abandonians...do not douse anyone with a rich butter sauce, or I may not succeed.
Love the website so much, am telling all my friends about Abandonia. Publicity on the web, is what I am good with. |
