You don't, the Sierra games are ESA-protected.
Sorry.

I think you want the technical forum for that, since it doesn't have much to do with Larry, really.

Al Lowe, the creator of Larry included the copy protection for all the Larry games on his site; allowe.com. If you have problems running any of the Larry games in XP, use Dfend with DosBox. Besides being easier to work with than DosBox alone, Dfend adds full soundcard and joystick support.
Anyhoo, all of Al Lowes games are worth the effort.

DosBox has no pictures!
It's an emulation of the MS-Dos. That's the thing we used before clicking on everything in windows!

So you must TYPE things in it!
You must also read things in it!
SO:
type mount c *drive*:\
For *drive* type the letter of the disk you have your old games on!

Now there are some basic Dos commands you need to know!

X: - takes you to the drive you mounted (put the right letter in instead of X)!
CD - type this and the name of the folder to go to that certain folder!
CD.. - go back one folder!
DIR - look what's in the folder!
DIR.BAT (or .EXE or .COM) - lets you see all the programes you can run!
NAME - type the name of the program you wish to run!
Or you could just get a program called D-Fend and it will mount the game automatically. [/b]
OR

You could just drag the game .EXE over DosBos .EXE and away you go!!!
[/b][/quote]

Haha, 'bout time someone said that.
