It doesn't mean anything, it just sounds a little bit odd.

Chinese always have digital cameras...
Y'know,I actually dont remember seeing one without one..taking 1 picture per second [/b][/quote]
Unless you go to China. ...then the odds of seeing a Chinaman with a camera lower to only one in five rather than all. And yea, we all totally do know Kung Fu, cracka's.

Did anyone ever notice how almost every villain in old games has an german or russian accent?

Oh, and I'm thinking especially of Flight of the Amazon Queen, just that you get an example
(I mean, come on, a lederhosen company?)

Nono..

My experience with Australian (And New Zealanders) is that everything they say sounds like they're asking a question because the pitch of their voice raises towards the end of the setence. I take it you're australian? It's probably harder for you to understand as an insider looking out rather than visa versa

The whole German/Russian accented enemy is something which we partly have James Bond to thank for. But english accented villains are/were also common place in cinema

I think you mean "World War 2 followed by the Cold War" to thank. And English villians are the enemies because we were repressing the Americans.

Basically everything that is not american qualifies as a villain

No, we're quite fond of Australians. Everyone else, though...pretty much villains, yeah.
