Default One solution for slowing down DVD burner

If your dvd or cd burner has slowed down in the burning process, try this. Go to control panel/system information/device manager and check out properties of the IDE section. Go to advanced settings to make sure that everything is DMA. If you find a setting with PIO, uninstall it, restart your computer. Your computer will reinstall it automatically and that should take care of it. If I made any mistakes in my explanation let me know.
