HI,

I have problem with WGH3 installation in DOSBox. I downloaded wgh3 from bethesda software site so the file should be ok.

I used to have this game and i know that it contained 2 disks but now *.zip file contained only 3 files (install, readme, wgh3. Readme file did not contained any help for installation) when extracted and installations asks the disk1.

how do you install games with dosbox when game originally had more than one disk ?

Simply mount the directory containing the files as "A:\". When you are prompted to change disk(s), just hit enter.

I installed game from *.zip file into c:/wgh3... like said in dosbox quide.. [http://www.abandonia.com/main.php?nav=games&FAQ=1] and here are the 3 files (install, readme, wgh3)..

Read the DosBox readme.

What EoF meant is: You have to mount the directory as DosBox' drive A before trying to run the installer. Read this to find out how to do that.

Exactly. If the game don't ask you for a specific drive, then it's a very old game which prompt you for the drive a:\ by default.

In DOSBox, all the drives you mount are imaginary. It's only a matter of making the system think it's there. So, if you mount in DOSBox the directory (any directory) with the three files you specified as a:\, the game will be fooled once you run the install program.
