Advertising is an important factor!
Also, check your menu to see if you have one or more pizzas with a negative trend score. If so, remove these at once!! And you can also try to create a completely new pizza using only the most trendy food available, so you get a pizza with a trend score of 125! All of this is in the manual. You just have to read all of it :wink: (Don't be alarmed, the manual is not that big!)

Multiplayer?
Just a quick clarification: the description page for this game says "Multiplayer: No", even though Pizza Tycoon actually does support multiplayer (but only hotseat, IIRC).
