I do not think it is the best thing to have someone who doesn't like turn based strategy games doing a review for a TB strategy game.
I haven't played the game yet, but in general I do not think it is wise to do so. It would be like placing me reviewing a puzzle game, I wouldn't be physical able to give it a high mark... |

Yes, though in defense of the reviewer he did the right (and much appreciated) thing of admiting that he doesn't like TB and why exactly he has given the game a low score. Something that unfortunately very few in the business do so.
