No, I walked away because I'm scared of myself when I'm angry. I don't remember if I told people this before, but I can have a really bad temper, and explode if I lose control. I've only lost control once, but it resulted in me breaking a guys nose and cheek bone, smashing five of his ribs, and loss of a lot of blood. I still loved my ex, the lady that she was, so I just walked away to brood where I could not hurt anyone but myself. When they came out I just looked at them both and said "...leave...just...go..." Later that night my wall and bed took a beating from me, and I punched the wall so hard my fist broke through the dry wall, the insulation, and the outside wall so for about a week I had this huge hole that went from my bedroom to the outside.

I just didn't want to hurt them, and I considered myself better than them. You people say you would do these things, and I would think I would do the same things too (be pissed off angry screaming etc.) but until you get into that situation, you never really know, and from what I've experienced and heard, what you really do in that situation is not what you would have thought.

I agree with ya ReamusLQ on all your points, indeed it is good to move on and learn, and sometimes when the situation does arise you may say something, but the key is can you really fall through with your actions, it can be hard at times.

For me I'd be pissed without a doubt, but I don't know if I'd go violent on someone, then again you never know, sometimes you have to control your emotions before they get the best of you.

Too bad the innocent wall had to suffer, while the guilty went unharmed... I still find it disturbing, but if you're at peace with yourself then that's all that counts.

I've been kind of scared to post in this topic. What does one say, really?

It's not the worst, but I particularly enjoyed the ex-BF who threatened to go sleep with the next door neighbor every time he got mad at me as "punishment." He actually did it twice.

Didn't stay with him much longer after that.

But that's the norm, for me. I really know how to pick 'em.

Really, though, he seemed like a perfect angel til I moved in with him. Darn sociopaths...

Well I have been hit in the nuts, 6 times by my count. But the worst thing someone has done I can't remember, I can't remember anything I need my memory fixed.

Maybe the worst thing anyone's done to you was some kind of freaky scientific experiment-gone-wrong, which has destroyed your memory...

...or drugs, I guess - dope hasn't done mine any good.
