actually Germany was one of the first to celebrate it.
Indonesia doens't really celbrate it. My guess would be Saudi Arabia at least...  there must be more of them. why doesn't Croatia celebrate it? are you sure? EDIT: LIar, liar, pants on fire.... Croatia DOES celebrate it: http://vijesti.hrt.hr/ShowArticles.aspx?ArticleId=7061 but it's not a free day offcourse. nowhere is...

I mean officially, they say it's a leftover from communism or something, de facto it gets celebrated less and less every year..
