Well practicly the guys in oblivion aren't scripted....it's radient Ai Wich is so Much Better.

Another big morrowind problem was the collision detection... I've lost many a character to getting stuck in signs and walls.

That's no more in Oblivion? Great, cause I had many save games which were named nasty words big os of that bug :/

I always end up panicking and trying everything to get out... many times, I accidently "rest" and save over old games. Hurrah.

Most of my games end that way, with a half naked man dressed as Tarzan and a lost woman following me, and I go to a sign to see where to go, get closer so I can read it, try to turn away and find I'm stuck in the sign with two buffoons standing on the road staring at me.

There's a console command "fixme" for those situations.

The NPCs were another thing that Bethesda didn't like about Morrowind. As I haven't got Oblivion, I'll have to just guess that they've improved it. The return of buyable houses sounds like a brilliant addition, as it's a feature I loved in Daggerfall.

Too bad I found that out when I patched the game and it didn't happen so often.. (or I learned not to try to go through every small passage that I thought I could)
