I can get games to work like Grand Prix & constructor with DOS BOX but they run in a tiny window. is it posable to run the games in full screen?

Yes. Check the very beginning of DosBox.conf.
You can set a lot of other graphics-related stuff there too - have fun experimenting (don't worry, all is clearly labeled). |

Or you might be referring to Alt + Enter.

I tried both ( alt + enter and set the full screen value to true) , the game runs fine in a window, but when it goes full screen it lags. Whats the problem? Do i gotta increase the cycles?

Yess..
You can increase with the following combination: CTRL (read: Control) + F12 To decrease CTRL + F11 It's that easy

That's odd, since the games should run better in the fullscreen then window.
Try increasing cycles, yes, but as a whole this seems a bit unusual. |

Yep, but it's supposed to be default that you close any and all software running in the background when you start DosBox. Or isn't it?
