What help do you need? Doesn't it work if you follow the instructions in the first post? To be honest I have little confidence in the system, but it worked for me...

Strange, no idea.
 Have you tried changing it back?  Better never to touch anything on this website I guess.I can try changing your password on the website or forum, but specially on the website I have no idea how it will work, and it's from the same page anyone can use by themselves.

The old password worked now
 and I changed it through the main site this time. Everything is OK now, I guess.
