Question [thornytowers] Tony Tough and the Night of Roasted Moths

Hello all! I've been looking for this game for ages, and I still can't seem to find it . You'll have to excuse my limited knowledge of the game, it was a long time since I played it :/ .

So, I played it more than 5 years ago.
It was a 2D point'n'click adventure game with 256 color VGA graphics and speech, but I believe there was a version without speech (could be wrong about that).

I ran it on a Windows XP system with Pentium III CPU and 256 MB RAM. The music was CD Audio.

As far as the game goes. I remember that you played as a detective with gigantic glasses and you lose your hippo-looking pet at the beginning of the game. I can also recall a few rooms:
The first room in the game, an office.
A sewer-looking room that you enter through a giant hole in the wall, it was filled with skulls, the protagonist yells the name of the pet when he enters the room for the first time.
Two rooms, one with a cows bottom and one with a cows head. Pulling the tail of the cow in the room with the cows bottom results in a cutscene where the cow's head moos in the other room.

I'm sorry if I made any grammar mistakes. English is not my native language.
