Well, actually most grains are used here either in porridge form, or as filler for soups.

As individual serve, you must boil buckwheat in salky water, lot of buckwheat, not much water, boil it for 20-25 mins, cast away remaining water afterwards.

You can eat it as is, with meat, or maybe make milk soup from it (sweet one, usually, but not necessary) - hot milk, sugar, boiled buckwheat.

As filler it's the same: usual soup, and buckwheat added for 20-25 minutes before readiness.

I am unable to kill a shaman Yugil, located in
underground of dark citadel in the central of desert
around Fara Sol.
Outside waited me orcs Dorok and warrior, who helped me
to eliminate immortal wizard. But they not helped me in
this battle.Duno.
Yugil beats me with Ice/Fireballs in dark, narrow rooms
where i am unable to maneuver.
Stupidly i lost my helper Angar, who is very nice warrior.
Gorn and Cooper are good also but they are very far now.
Yes, i am using Fireball also but Yugil is faster.
Do You remember the place or have to insert picture, amigos?

Gothic 3 was never fully finished as a game, so there isn't a lot of engine-based balance. If you play a melee warrior, you'll have preciously little protection against magic-based attacks and will quickly die from them, so you'll have to plan accordingly - like luring the tough magic-hurling opponents around the corner, then reduce them to pieces. The alternative is to equip robes and amulets which protect from elemental / magic damage and (still) engange the mages in melee combat, eventhough they'll be just as deadly even close-range.
If you use the latest (semi-official) Enhanced Edition patch however, things change a bit, some items are slightly adjusted, overall Gothic III gets as good as it gets with it, compared to the original, though still not as optimal game is it could have been. But if you play a mage in Enhanced Edition and got robes and good rings / amulets equipped, you'll generally have a bit easier game against mage opponents.

The quest: Find Ramires, (found), kill bad boys (killed), and kill Yussuf (still no find) .

The game is real gem. I have no words.

I want to play the original without any patch now.
I am melee player who very often use strong bow.
My favorite battle action is to locate myself onto some
high rock or ruin and being safe to hit monsters around using bow.
ha ha ha
Of course i like melee battle using my Bastard sword and helped
by some NPC as Gorn, Cooper (sadly he was killed from ice wolf),
Angar, Lester and more.

Well, i found and entered Xardas temple.
There were only 2 beings - Xardas and his cleaner servant
- some skeleton.
Before battle this betrayer dared to ask me for
some 5 artifacts!! Bla-bla.
Me - the Savior of the world.
(Maybe our good friend and well respected twillight
will say that another man is Savior?)
Battle - piece of cake.
Skeleton was killed again and forever.
Thas all.

Bad move, i think is impossible to finish the game now

Ouch... if you killed Xardas before you got the final quest from him, or got the quest from Beliar, or Saturas, or Innos, to kill Xardas, well... then that's it for your game progress.
You can still continue with whatever quests you got for now, but at some point in the game you'll become stuck as Xardas ala Important NPC will be missing. Although you could still "insert" him through the console (cheating area), that might help.

Also slight spoiler ahead:

Xardas is not a betrayer, but in fact the only true neutral, and best choice of ending for the game series
