Again: wow. I never had one of those, but my slightly more privileged friends did. But hey, I probably had more books than all of them together.

Oh well, there's always emulators

C64 emulators are getting quite good actually. WinVice installed on a laptop with a TV out plug and a Competition Pro USB joystick comes quite close to the real deal. But it's still not the same B)

I know what you mean... I still prefer the old "breadbox" (still have it hooked up, unfortunately I only have 1 ). If only it would be faster (need to get the C64 hard disk if there are still any for sale - at reasonable prices).
