As far as I can remember, my first game was "Adventures of Captain Comic" when I was 3. Actually, I don't really remember playing the game, it was probably closer to random pointless buttons mashing.

The first game I remember playing was the classic JetPac on Spectrum ZX that came to the house in the early '80s. Kept losing to my brother (I was like 3-4 years old, and he's 9 years older than me), but loved it nevertheless.
Still play the game on an emulator every now and then.

Hmm I think that the first game I ever played was one of those green and black TV console games with green bars and balls. You could choose between tennis (two players) or squash.
The first PC game I remember was a collection of games called Friendly War Games. You could choose between: Donkey Kong, Shooter, Lander (that sucked) and some more. All ascii-based ofcourse. It played directly from the floppydisk as a startup-floppy. It's a funny thing, I remember the time when CGA graphics were considered quite new and advanced.. now THOSE were the days
