Default [Bugamn] Pandemonium!

Hi all,
Would appreciate help in finding a game I played I was a kid.

When did you play the game?
- around the year 2000-2002

What computer did it run on?
- IBM and compatibles: Pentium III

What operating system did the computer run?
- Windows 98 or Windows 95

What were the graphics like?
- 3D (like in old Rayman)

Were there speech?
- No.

What was the gameplay like?
- Platformer

Which perspective were you given there?
- Third Person

In the game you played a wired clown or an acrobat girl (how could double jump) and you moved through surrealistic design stages - one stage was in a sawmill and you had to evade for saws of and step-by was with giant spiders and one of the stages was a in endless spiral staircase.

That's all I remember, if anybody has any idea I'd love to hear, I am looking for this game for ages ...

Thanks in advance for helping
