Hello fellas... I have no music to share, but for me i'st quite interesting to find out what kind of music you prefer.

Write your prefered genre/s and maybe a short reason why you hear this music.

For me: Spirituals+Metal (Soulfly, D-Low, Sceaux) and some heavier music (Slipknot, Metallica). But also classics like Wagner, Mozart,...

I prefer that music, because for me it's the best way to express yourself and to relax. There is a special spirit in the way of playing and singing which makes me feel... yes... feel like... I don't know... a godgiven thing.

Don't be shy and post

read ya

Anything, really, except J-pop (I just don't know how to appreciate that) and terror-core and the likes. All those things that go: "TSJEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! OONKOONKOONK! TSJEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! OONKOONKOONK! TSJEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! OONKOONKOONK! TSJEEEEETSJEEEEEEETSJEEEEEEEEE! OONKOONKOONK!" are so bloody annoying.

Besides that, I can appreciate some old rock (Lynyrd Skynyrd, ZZTop, Guns'n Roses, etc), some punk (Ramones -live, otherwise they suck-, Husker Du, etc), Surf (Dick Dale, anybody?), Videogame remixes (some're amazing, like Floaf's remix of the game Trolls, or that one from The New Zealand Story - Look At Little Kiwikiwi - and several others), classical music, humpapa, 50s stuff (Bert Kaempfert, Perez Prado, etc), uhhhmmm... what else... some rap (XZibbit, but not his street period. He just plain sucks then, Two Life Crew, etc)... I think that kinda sums it all up. Could be that I forgot some, though, but you get the drift.

Anything, right now im into underground hiphop the lyrics are much better than commercial hip hop where they just rap about women, cars, and bling bling. Other than that i can listen to pretty much everything, rock, punk, techno, trip hop. Depends what mood im in, but every type of music has its pros and cons.

Rock, metal and punk. But I'm willing to try anything new, recently got into the crash test dummies which are sort of soft rock/folk in my opinion.

There're two threads about that already, though, look here:

personally, i prefer mostly electronic stuff. if i am to name a few styles,
i'd go for nu skool breaks, psytrance, drum'n'bass and elektro. downbeat
and chillout stuff is also suiting my taste.

besides, there has been opened a similar thread some time ago,
maybe you want to check it out?

this way

Didn't hear it? Then I guess I really outdone myself. So far it's the only movie I know of that has no soundtrack what soever - there are only a few soundeffects even - otherwise it's just talk. It's a great movie - sort of a serious remake of Dr. Strangelove, but it was made into a TV play - best thing that featured George Cloney, of other actorrs I'll just mention Richard Dreyfuss (can't remember anyone else right now) *runs off to find the VHS*
