You're already approved. Please check the translation forum for your team thread and the tutorial. At the end of the tutorial there are instructions on what steps you must do next.

Go to My Settings/Group Memberships and apply for a translator position. After I accept you you'll have access to the forum and tutorial, which will show you the next steps you must take.

Those who want to apply for a translator position. Go to My Settings> Group Membership in the Control Panel and apply. I will then approve you. After that you'll have access to the Translation forums. You'll be able tor ead the tutorial there and find about the last step in becoming a full translator.
