No, it's still released in fact, on Sold Out which is a ?5 budget game label.

In fact, it's Team 17 production. Team 17 is not ESA, IIRC, but they do keep a strict hold on their copyrights.

Team 17 does not allow sites to put their games up for download.
The game is not abandoned.
