I shouldn`t complain as most games from Abandonia are working fine except for a couple which I thought the boot disk would sought out. However my problem is my keyboard, which is Japanese, and I can`t seem to use the colon key to go through the directories once in (pure) DOS. Does anyone know anything about keyboard settings and how to configure...

Another thing is that when I use the arrow keys in RPGs such as Lands of Lore, pushing an arrow key results in two moves. There`s a lot of double jumping that I can`t seem to get rid of, despite tinkering with the keyboard setup in DosBox.

Other than that I am eternally grateful for this site and others like it.

i don't really understand your problem, but you can set up your keyboard to a different standard using the keyb command. for example "keyb us" for american or "keyb gr" for german keyboards.
