I hate it...a lot. The only time I actually enjoyed watching Big Brother, was when they had a semi-celebrity show. In half an hour one of the guys, Moses Hansen, managed to tell the other people about how he used to have sex with underage boys and how he once threw a baby into a wall, putting everyone else in the house in a state of shock (and directing quite an amount of hatered against himself). Needless to say, he was one of the first to go.

Do you mean Reality TV, or reality shows in general?

I used to be a fan of reality tv, but then for like certain shows like survivor where they keep doing it over and over, it really started to bore me, not a fan anymore I can say, it's interesting sometimes but not really anymore like it used to be.

Big Brother - boring, I sometimes watch the late night show because of the guy who hosts it but thats not very often. Survivor - boring, and all the rest are boring. The only one I watch is The Amazing Race it can get pretty funny at times.

EDIT Had to vote I don't like it because I watch only one show but don't like the rest.

Here in the Netherlands we've got some really shitty Reality-TV... it always show these awfull people being mindnumbingly stupid and infantile. I find it degenerative for the society of man! It this is what we've come to...pfff... the Roman empire succumbed to decadence you know...
Let me give you an example: we had a series about a certain family calles 'The Tokkies' (you can still watch the shows if you really want to:
tokkies documentary. These people really are the scum of the earth and did all sorts of nasty stuff: arseny, theft, violence, you name it. After these shows, they got so many fans, it was unbelievable. They even got gigs in clubs and people would pay money to be near these gross people (they remind me of the Harkonnens from Dune, btw). I mean, how f*cked up can the world be? It was cool to an asocial freakshow

that sounds really funny "at home with barron harkonen" dunno if his habits with slave boys would make it onto tv, then again weirder things make it onto tv.

I could just about tolerate it at one time but I just find it so BORING, in the UK we have The Farm, Celebrity Love Island and Big Brother 6 on three seperate channels competing for audience figures.

Why is it called "Reality TV" when the whole setup is orchestrated and artificial.
