Manga is the japanese comic.
I have never heard that it was a company.

i think he means manga vidio when he witters on about a company
man ga - irresponsible pictures in japaneese. i think the term came about with some guy in the 19th century doing some woodcuts of women being raped by octopuses, which led to the japaneese banning the reperesentation of female genetalia in art or phot0 (hence the blurred areas in some japaneese *movies*)
generally speaking people refer to printed works as manga and movies as anime.
