I always seek out quality first but it really depend the cash I have available. I'll never buy something good which will prevent me to buy something else I really need. If money is not involved then I'm always quality first. Quantity serve no purpose, I leave that to others if they want it.

Hmm.
I'm somewhere between quality and moderation. For most things, I like good quality. I'd rather just not have it if it sucks. That's the perfectionist in me. For example, I'd rather be in a relationship with someone who treats me well, or in no relationship at all. Being in a relationship with someone who treats you badly is awful, no matter how much you love the person. Otherwise, I like moderation. Having a nice balance of quality and quantity is good for things such as pleasure. It's okay to have fun, but have too much fun, and you usually are just hurting yourself. I'm not sure quantity is ever a good thing - even when it comes to money! Having too much money can lead people down scary roads, I think. For example, if you had a lot of money, you may start to doubt if people love you for you, or for what you can give them. I wouldn't want that, at all. There's enough reasons to doubt whether people care about you, why add one more? Of course, I'm not sure how I feel about deprivation either. I think it can be good for the soul, in moderation ( ), but deprivation can lead people to become bitter, at least if it's not a chosen deprivation. |

Definitely quality sex, quality love, quality food, quality games...On second thought, can I trade my quality games for quantity and quality sex?

A little of coulmn A, a little of coulmn B...
I mean, that "anything in moderation" thing is bull. Moderation sucks. The more the merrier. But it also has to be at least decent in quality. With anything. Food, love, sex, intellectual gain, gimme more as long as it's good. You can never get bored with or cheapen anything that's good enough. Anyone who says otherwise has obviously never been in a day-long orgy. THAT's the perfect example of quality AND quantity... |
