I've too watched some anime. Neon Genesis Evangelion, Fullmetal Alchemist, Shingetsutan Tsukihime, Spirited Away, Howl's Castle and My Neighbour Totoro to name some.

I watched a lot of anime, including:
Death Note Cowboy Bebop Elfen Lied Sailor Moon Neon Genesis Evangelion (all in japanese w/ eng subs) and most of the studio ghibli films (including howl's moving castle and princess mononoke) I have seen more but i can't remember them and nothing takes my interest at this moment

I've watched a few series. The one I liked the most was Samurai Champloo (I recommend it to all of you) followed by Cowboy Bebop and Ghost in the Shell. I've also encountered some crappy ones IMO such as Samurai 7 and Wolf's Rain.
